To ensure a risk-free shopping experience, we offer returns and exchanges, even if you simply do not like the scent.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept return/exchange requests up to 7 days from the delivery date.

Product must have at least 95% liquid remaining in the bottle.

Product must be returned in original packaging.

Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refund (exchange only).

Discovery Set / Gift Box (Testers Box) is non-refundable, as it is intended for fragrance testing only.

Exchange items must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
