At Scent Virsa, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances while upholding our core values inspired by Sunnah fairness, honesty, and customer care.

To ensure a risk-free shopping experience, we offer returns and exchanges, even if you simply do not like the scent.


 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • We accept return/exchange requests up to 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Product must have at least 95% liquid remaining in the bottle.

  • Product must be returned in original packaging.

  • Orders above Rs. 10,000 are not eligible for refund (exchange only).

  • Discovery Set / Gift Box (Testers Box) is non-refundable, as it is intended for fragrance testing only.

  • Exchange items must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery:

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear images of the product

    • A brief description of the issue or exchange reason

  3. After reviewing your request, we will share return instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your:

    • Replacement will be dispatched within 14 days


 Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges for exchange orders.

  • Return/exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the product.
